As a rule of thumb, one cubic metre covers about 10 square metres at 100mm deep. Measure the length and width of your beds and we will work the rest out with you.
Around 75-100mm for garden beds. Keep it pulled back a little from trunks and stems so the bark can breathe.
It is at its best on paths, around trees and on ornamental beds. For vegetable beds, let it age for a few months first, or use it as a top layer rather than digging it in.
Our mulch comes from chipped branches and leaves off our own tree work, not from ground-level waste, so it is clean. A good 75-100mm layer actually stops most weeds germinating.
It is tipped from a truck in a single load at the spot you nominate, so you will need clear access and somewhere to put it. Tell us about narrow driveways or gates when you order.
